Last month, we introduced changes to Ardoq that redefined how Ardoq users manage complexity to engage various users in their organization with valuable insights. Based on the feedback we received, we have prioritized and addressed the most pressing issues.
These enhancements are available only in the new interface. If your organization still uses the old interface, we encourage you to switch to enjoy the benefits of accelerated workflows.
Narrow Down Your Data: Filter Components by Name and Tags in ViewpointsYou can now filter components by Name and Tags when creating a viewpoint. This makes it easy to create a view that includes an even narrower dataset.
For example, to create a view showing only applications realized by the Human Resources business capability, filter the Business Capability component type by "Name." This will display only the relevant applications in your view.
Note: We do not recommend applying the Name filter to the context component (the first component you select when creating a viewpoint) as we assume you know exactly which components you want to include at this step.
Find a Viewpoint Faster: Organize Viewpoints in Folders
Quickly locate and access viewpoints, saving time and effort in searching through unorganized lists. The folders are available on the Home page.
Note: For now, you can only organize viewpoints created with the new Viewpoint Builder in this way. Support for Ardoq Discover viewpoints will follow.

Additionally, we have resolved several issues with the new interface, including the behavior of the sidebar menu and viewpoint icon visibility for the users with the Reader role. The sidebar is now more intuitive, allowing users to focus on their tasks without distraction.
We value your feedback and prioritize improvements to the new Ardoq interface based on your needs. Please share your thoughts with us.
