We're super excited to announce a new feature that's going to make your life (and the lives of your colleagues) so much easier: Autologin for embedded Ardoq content! This update is all about removing a major pain point to sharing and consuming valuable Ardoq insights with your wider organization.
You've likely experienced this: You've embedded your Ardoq presentations into Confluence, SharePoint, or another internal portal for your colleagues to consume and then...they hit a login screen. Even if they're already logged into your company's systems! That's clunky, it interrupts the flow, and it means people might miss out on the insights you're sharing.
With autologin, that extra login step is gone. Now, when your colleagues view Ardoq content embedded in other tools, they'll be automatically logged in via SSO.
Instant Access to Content: Users can quickly and easily access Ardoq insights within their familiar tools.
Increased Engagement: Embedded content is now much easier to view, which means that more people actually consume and use the insights you share.
Enhanced Data Security: Only authenticated users within your organization can view your embedded Ardoq content, eliminating the need for less secure public presentations.
We've also rolled out enhanced login settings, giving you greater visibility into how your users access Ardoq. You can now view different user access methods, including their configured certificates and login URLs.
